Ironbark gully - first hill to Lomondra
50 steps with 2 kg hand weights
20 crunches, 20 each side crunches

Breakfast - yogurt fruit kims' muesil

salad with rice noodles, spinach, herbs, chickpeas, cabbage, capsicum dressing of peanut butter, soy sauce and sriracha

Peanut butter, maple, oat vegan biscuits

+ 3 pieces of pizza at the YSA activity :(
